Film Photography
-
I moved out of my hometown with my first film camera, the Minolta Maxxum 400si. The first roll was shot one day with my mother as we took time to venture to places we held close in our hearts around town. I hadn’t even thought about how I was going to get it developed, but she had a suggestion… Wallgreens.
I never did see that first roll. I hope someone did. Since then, I’ve developed thousands for myself and many, many others. Whether at home or at a lab. Photography felt truly tactile for the first time, making every step crucial to creating an image that one likes.
I hope you like some of mine. I think of this space as a gallery of sorts, that I’ll try to add to and update as time goes on. All of the images you’ll see are of the past 6 years of my life, all moments I was lucky to be a part of. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out on Instagram. Thank you for stopping by. <3
